Any participant may agree to pay all mediation fees.

Option 2: Fees are shared by some or all of mediation participants
Participants often negotiate what share of the total mediation fee each person
will pay.
Note: Individual, agency or business making a referral for elder mediation is not
obligated to pay the mediation fees, unless agreed upon.

Pat meets individually with elder ,helps elder
identify any problems, brainstorm possible
solutions/decisions, project outcome of
various options and make choices appropriate
to elder’s values and needs; reevaluation
following a trial period is often included.

Pat tailors workshop agendas and timeframes
to meet the needs and purpose of each group
of participants. These interactive sessions
range from one to four hours in length.
additional one-on-one follow-up coaching
sessions

Pat welcomes the opportunity to speak to
small or large groups of elders, family
caregiver and other support groups, agency
and facility staff and business, community and
church groups. Her comments, ranging from
10 to 60 minutes in length, will be customized
to each specific audience.
