Anyone can request elder mediation, regardless of whether they are
directly involved in the conflict, or are assisting those involved.  It is not
necessary for a requesting party to obtain the cooperation of the other
parties involved before contacting the mediator.  The mediator will
contact other involved parties to consult with them about what elder
mediation is and help determine if it might be helpful in this case.  The
mediator develops each case as appropriate.   One hour FREE
orientation is available.  Each participant must be willing to give elder
mediation a good faith try.  However, since it is a voluntary process,
anyone can withdraw from mediation at any time.

To request elder mediation or make a referral, see the link to the
Request Elder Mediation Services page or Make Referral for Elder
Mediation Services page.
